Bikini Bootcamp
Bikini Bootcamp was launched in Tulum, Mexico in 2002 by Melissa Perlman, an ex New Yorker, who became disillusioned with the stressful life after 9/11 and set out to create a holiday with a purpose. A place people could go to rejuvenate themselves and return home lighter in mind, body and spirit. Bikini Bootcamp quickly became the darling of the New York fashion crowd and past guests include Jade Jagger, Cindy Crawford, Sienna Miller, Charleze Theron and Linda Evangelista. The 6 night program is designed to help guests reconnect to nature and themselves through a program of yoga, fitness training, healthy eating, pampering, exploring of the local sites and relaxing on a beautiful beach.
